Toyota is preparing to introduce a manual transmission system for electric cars

Anyone who has been in a vehicle knows that the feel of a manual gearbox is a different feeling. Some drivers still buy manual vehicles because they get the same feel and control of the vehicle from a manual gearbox.

Toyota thinks that many people will not switch to newer vehicles because of this gearbox split. So they are preparing to give manual gear to a type of vehicle without gear as a solution to this. That is, obtaining several patents for such technology.

EV or Electric Vehicle is a car powered by a battery powered motor. Because they do not have gears, petrol and diesel engines can achieve great acceleration at the same time, as they can be powered at the same time and do not break gears as in auto / manual. No need.

So what's this Toyota company that's going to give to a range of vehicles that will benefit from a lack of gear? This new technology gives the EV a clutch and an H-shifter like a manual vehicle.

This system also has the ability to provide a vibration that is felt when the clutch is dragged. They further state that the car stall can also be imitated through this. Many automakers are now incorporating such (cunning) tactics in their EVs. Accelerating is now an option in most EVs, emitting false noise (because there is no engine noise in the EVs) through the speakers inside the vehicle.

According to foreign news websites, Ford is now planning to make a similar manual imitation.

What do you think? Will car enthusiasts switch to EVs simply by imitating a manual gear system?
