Apple iPhone fined $ 2 million

Brazil's Consumer Protection Agency has fined Apple $ 2 million for failing to include a charger in its iPhone.

This is reportedly due to the fact that consumers do not get a charger with their phone with misleading advertisements. Apple announced this in October 2020 with the release of its latest iPhone and said it would help protect the environment by removing the Charger.

Tell us your experience about Computer Shops shop rating Apple's Lighting charger interface has caused problems with this change, but critics say the large savings could be due to the smaller size of the iPhone box, which could send a relatively large number of iPhones in shipping. They have also pointed out that there is not much contribution to be made to protect the environment through these savings. Apple made sure not to mention a discount on iPhones without this charger, and that they should have given such a discount to consumers.
